iPhone: Go to the Settings app, scroll down to the item named "Safari", then under Privacy set the "Accept Cookies" setting to "From Visited". This will allow Smartlink to login. You will then need to reload www.SmartlinkNetwork.com in your mobile browser.

Android: From within the Browser app, press the menu button and choose "Settings". Scroll down until you find the “Accept cookies” option. Selecting on the box will put a green check mark and enable cookies for the web browser.
